Great customer experience all around. I requested an appointment online and received a swift response from Natalie. She emailed me the new patient paperwork to complete ahead of time which allowed me to fill it out at my convenience. The office was pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Janet was wonderful. She was engaged in the interview and genuinely wanted to understand my concern before discussing treatment options. The treatment experience was great. I felt educated and involved in the process the whole time. The cherry on top for me was the phone call I received from Dr. Janet later in the day asking how I was feeling after my first treatment. I really appreciate the entire experience and I will be recommending Dr. Janet to friends and family for their chiropractic needs. -Shelby H.

This was my first time ever at a Chiropractic office and I felt at ease. Everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Janet kept me informed on what she would be doing and why she's doing it. It was a learning experience for me, not just an appointment to help with my back issues. And such a friendly team!

I really appreciated how much time the provider took to talk with me and figure out the issues I was having. She easily explained stuff in ways I could understand and went out of her way to teach me preventative measure on posture. Natalie is very kind, friendly and helpful. The office is welcoming. Dr. Gaussoin is knowledgeable, helpful, kind and really cares. She wants you to be your very best. I love the fact that they prepare your back for an adjustment by using ultra sound and the massage chair This relaxes your body so you can get the mist out of the adjustment. I was very impressed with Dr. Gaussoin's follow up call checking up on my condition. Their office runs on time. I really appreciate that. Everyone's time is valuable. From my inquiry email to the end of my visit (today) was a great experience. You were both so nice and smart and took a few extra minutes to actually figure out what's wrong with me was great and not something you experience to often anymore in the medical field at least from my experience as a patient and someone who works with medical professionals. I feel better after my first visit and can't wait to see how I feel after a few weeks. I have never had a doctor call me and ask how I am feeling after a doctors visit. Dr. Gaussoin was great, she was amazing and attentive she really cares about her patients. It feels like I've been going to her forever. The receptionist Natalie is also very helpful and nice.
